Shipping & Delivery

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Canada.

Orders are typically delivered same day up to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, location, and external factors beyond our control.

Émerveil partners with Northbound Path Logistics to ensure secure and efficient delivery of all orders.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Émerveil is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details or carrier-related disruptions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns are limited.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery to be eligible for review. Proof of issue (such as photos) may be required.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled at Émerveil’s discretion. Requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests before use. Émerveil is not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
