At Émerveil, we take great care in ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of our skincare and personal care products. Due to the hygienic nature of these items, all sales are considered final, and returns are limited. By making a purchase with Émerveil, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery to be eligible for review.

To submit a request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence of the product and packaging

 

Requests that do not include sufficient information may not be processed.

Review & Resolution

All requests are subject to review. If approved, Émerveil reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original method of payment

 

Resolutions are provided at Émerveil’s discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Items reported after the 3-day window

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Requests

Requests submitted after the 3-day period following delivery will not be accepted.
