At Émerveil, delivery is an extension of the experience. That’s why all orders are fulfilled and shipped in partnership with Northbound Path Logistics, a trusted Canadian delivery and fulfillment partner known for reliability, speed, and care.

 

Northbound Path Logistics manages the handling, packaging, and delivery of all Émerveil orders to ensure each product arrives in pristine condition. Their fulfillment standards align with our own — efficient, secure, and detail-focused.

 

Orders are processed and shipped same day to within three (3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary due to destination, order volume, or factors outside our control.

 

Once an order has been handed over to Northbound Path Logistics, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email, allowing them to follow their order through delivery.

 

Émerveil is not responsible for delays caused by carrier-related issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Émerveil is not liable for delayed, lost, or miss delivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Shipping availability, service areas, and applicable fees may vary and will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
